While we strive here at Goodflix for 100% satisfaction the first time, we understand that there may be instances that require an individual to return an item.
All returns on items purchased from goodflix.org must be initiated within 14 days from receipt of shipment. Returns must be initiated by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling (904) 384-1361 ext. 4015. They can not be returned to our stores. All items must be returned to goodflix.org with the invoice and at the customers' expense unless the wrong item is received or the item did not match the description. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, we will provide a full refund, including the shipping costs, subject to verification. Returns will be processed within two (2) business days of receiving the item and the cost of the item minus shipping will be refunded.
All returns should be shipped to Goodwill of North Florida only after contacting goodflix.org and receiving instructions.
Returns are subject to the discretion of goodflix.org.
Items not directly purchased through goodflix.org can not be returned.
