What is goodflix.org?

Goodflix.org is a division of Goodwill of North Florida dedicated to refurbishing and selling donated music and movie media including DVDs, CDs, and Blu-Ray. The money generated goes towards Goodwill of North Florida's mission.

Are all the items donated?

Yes, all items sold by goodflix.org are donated by the community to one of our locations. It is then refurbished using the highest industry standard to a like-new status and listed for sale. 

When will I receive my order? 

Orders are shipped within two (2) business days of payment and will arrive depending on location, usually within 7-10 business days

What is your return policy?

All returns purchased from goodflix.org must be initiated 14 days from receipt of shipment. Returns must be initiated by emailing goodflix@goodwilljax.org or calling (904) 384-1361 ext. 4015. They can not be returned to our stores. All items must be returned to goodflix.org with the invoice and at the customers' expense unless the wrong item is received or the item did not match the description. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, we will provide a full refund, including the shipping costs. Returns will be processed within two (2) of receiving the item and the cost of the item minus shipping will be refunded.

What is the status of my order?

If you have created an account, you can review the status of your order by clicking on the My Account link in the right top corner of the page, where you can Sign In to your account to view your order status and history

How do I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make any changes to your order, please call us at (904) 384-1361 ext 4015 immediately after making your purchase. We are open Monday – Friday 11:00 AM – 4:00 PM. Once your order has been processed, we will be unable to modify the contents of your order. We apologize for any inconvenience and will do our best to assist you.

How do I know if my order was placed?

Once you have completed your order, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address associated with your order/account. You may also view your order by clicking on the My Account link at the top right of the page and logging into your Account.

Can I pick up my order?

Unfortunately, at this time you are unable to pick up your order. All items will be shipped via UPS or USPS

Can I use a Goodwill of North Florida gift card?

No, unfortunately, we are unable to accept any Goodwill gift cards.

Can I use a Goodwill of North Florida Frequent Buyer Card?

No, Frequent Buyer Cards can only be used in our stores.
